1. Package Purchase

At Invitar Ahora we offer two packages for your digital invitations:

✨ Plus Package — Pre-designed

  • Base model without visual modifications.
  • Texts, photos, songs, and WhatsApp RSVP confirmation are personalized.
  • Does not include color, typography, or structure changes. Sections can be omitted, but new ones cannot be added.

💎 Premium Package — Adapted Design

  • Base design adjusted with your color palette, typography, and up to 50 guest names.
  • Texts, photos, songs, and form RSVP confirmation are personalized.
  • Design structure is not modified.
  • Sections can be omitted, but new ones cannot be added.

👉 The package you choose will adapt with what it includes, review each option carefully before making your purchase.

Looking for a completely custom design?

If you want an invitation different from what the Plus and Premium packages offer, we can create a custom option according to your style, theme, and needs. This type of design has an additional cost and is quoted in advance according to scope and availability.

2. Creation Process

  1. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a form to send all event data, upload photos, and add any special details.
  2. If you purchased the Premium Package, you'll also receive a second form to enter your guests' names (up to 50).
  3. With this information, we begin personalizing your digital invitation according to the chosen package.
  4. We'll send you a preview (demo) for review.
  5. One round of revisions is included for both packages: Plus and Premium.
  6. Additional changes have an extra cost.

3. Guest Quantity

  • Plus: Plus: does not include guest names (available only in Premium)
  • Premium: Premium: includes up to 50 guest names.

If you need more guests, you can purchase an additional package. Contact us for personalized advice.

4. Delivery Times

  • Plus: Plus: 2 business days after receiving all complete information.
  • Premium: Premium: 3 to 4 business days, depending on personalization level.

Delivery times begin counting once payment and all complete information are received.

(Sundays and holidays are not counted.)

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments from Colombia and abroad through the following methods:

  • Nequi / Daviplata / Bank transfers
  • PayPal (for international customers)

Payment must be made in full before starting the design.

6. Event Information Updates

You can request updates to event data (date, time, location, etc.) **Up to 7 days after final delivery of the invitation.** After that period, "Consult with your advisor about availability and conditions to make changes after this deadline."

8. Content and Design Elements

To ensure a clear and efficient process, keep the following in mind when sending us your personalized elements:

Changes and Personalization

🎨 Colors

You can send us a reference image or the color codes you want. The invitation can be personalized with a maximum of 2 to 3 colors, to maintain harmony and aesthetics in the design.

✏️ Revision Rounds

Changes must be sent in writing in a single text message via WhatsApp, with clear instructions. We do not accept PDFs, images to transcribe, or audio. This way we avoid errors and complete your changes accurately and quickly.

📸 Photos

  • You can send between 1 to 8 photos according to your invitation design. If you send more than allowed, we'll select the most suitable ones for the final composition.
  • We'll use images exactly as received, in original resolution.
  • We do not perform professional editing or Photoshop retouching.

🔤 Fonts

If you request a font that is not available or doesn't include certain characters (such as question marks), it will be replaced with a similar font that maintains the visual harmony of the design.

🎵 Songs

  • Audio must be of good quality.
  • We do not perform editing or adjustments to songs. Therefore, avoid sending recordings with noise or from live concerts.

🧩 Design Adaptations

Our packages do not include modifications to the design structure, such as moving sections or changing the general format. If you want a special adaptation, this will be quoted as an additional service.

9. Refunds

  • Before we begin working on your invitation: 100%
  • After we have begun working on your invitation: 50%
  • After you have received the invitation for review: 0%

10. Guest List

Review your list carefully before final delivery: correct names, good punctuation, and number of passes.

If you need to add more guests later:

  1. Make payment for the additional guest package.
  2. Complete the same form with new names and passes.
  3. Delivery will be made within 24 business hours after receiving all information.

If you have the Premium package and don't have the complete list yet, you can send the missing ones later. They will be delivered within 24 business hours once received.

**You will always receive a general link without names, ideal for sharing freely.**

11. Invitation Availability

Your invitation will be available from the delivery date until 30 days after the event. If you want to keep a PDF copy, request it from your advisor before the expiration date.

12. Design Rights

All designs are for exclusive use for your event. It is not permitted to modify, duplicate, or reuse our designs without authorization. Invitar Ahora reserves the right to show examples in its portfolio, respecting the privacy of sensitive data.

13. Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Holidays: Closed
