Before we begin working on your invitation
100% refund
If you request a refund before we start working on your invitation, you will receive a full 100% refund of your payment.
After we have begun working on your invitation
50% refund
If you request a refund after we have started working on your invitation but before you receive it for review, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
After you have received the invitation for review
0% refund
Once you have received the invitation for review and approval, no refund will be issued. At this point, the design work is complete and the product has been delivered for your review.
Refund Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a refund, indicating your order number.
- We will verify your request and confirm the refund amount based on the stage of work.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
